Description
Lovely independent house with swimming pool in the heart of Tuscia, area of origin of the mysterious Etruscan civilization, on the border between Umbria and Tuscany. It is located in the municipality of Castiglione in Teverina, a little medieval village 10 km from Orvieto.
The cottage consists of one bedroom, bathroom and large living room with sofa-bed and a single bed as well as a kitchenette. The structure is completed by a panoramic pergola overlooking the large garden and the swimming pool.
The house is furnished of all the essential comfort. There is an independent heating system for the colder months and fans for hottest days. Those are rare anyways, as the house is usually fresh also in summer and from the patio you can often enjoy a pleasant breeze as the hill is exposed to winds. The kitchen is completely furnished. No TV but there is WiFi connection and a breathtaking view to contemplate.
The property is of about 7 hectares shared only with another house and a yurt. Guests have access to all outdoor areas, to a garden for exclusive use, and to the 6x12 m swimming pool reserved for guests of the facilities.
