Description
"Kreis 10", Zurich Wipkingen. Right next to the train station and the Wipkingen bus station. 5 minutes to the city center by train, 20 to 30 minutes on foot. Well-connected residential area with an ATM and numerous shops just around the corner.
The Accommodation
A very nice place to live: practical, comfortable, quiet, yet centrally located. I have been living here for more than 20 years and love it!
Access for Guests
You will have access to everything: the rooms, the refrigerator, the kitchen facilities, the internet, and the TV, Netflix included.
The washing machine and dryer are in the attic and can be reached by elevator. You will need to schedule your laundry times on a shared calendar since the machines are accessible to all neighbors. I will provide coins for the washing machines.
The couch in the living room can also be converted into a bed
