Se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila de la ciudad, el campus universitario de Teatinos, pero con todos los servicios como restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias... y a 1 minuto andando de la estación de metro "ciudad de la Justicia" que les dejará en pleno centro de la ciudad en tan sólo 7 minutos
