THE PROPERTY
Agriturismo Colleverde is a farmhouse that offers its guests the opportunity to live in the heart of the Tuscan hills, in an extensive estate of 125 hectares, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, ponds, fields, and woods.
You will be welcomed in a rural setting, with large outdoor areas equipped with brick barbecues, a basketball/soccer court, deckchairs, sitting areas, gazebos and sunshades, and a large swimming pool on the dominant hill, where you can be pampered by the lush panoramas of our countryside.
GROUND FLOOR APARTMENTS
3 of our apartments are located on the ground floor without direct access to the outside.
Each window overlooks the patio in front of the restaurant facing the hill slowly sloping towards the woods.
The dedicated areas, with a table, umbrellas and chairs, are located in the garden surrounding the villa or on the private terrace just a few steps from the apartment front door.
All apartments are about 35 square meters, furnished in a comfortable and functional style, and equipped with everything you need to live independently:
- double bedroom with ceiling fan (no air conditioning)
- bathroom with shower and hairdryer
- kitchenette with fridge (no oven)
- living room with double sofa bed and ceiling fan
- television (no satellite)
- windows and patio doors with mosquito nets
- Free WiFi throughout the property
THE SURROUNDINGS
Colleverde is located in the municipality of Terricciola, a city of wine in the Province of Pisa, with countless wineries to visit and in which to taste wine, oil, cheeses, and local cold cuts.
In just twenty minutes by car you can reach the Terme di Casciana and in about forty minutes the beaches of the Tuscan Riviera (Marina di Pisa, Tirrenia, Castiglioncello, and Vada).
We are in an ideal position for those who want to combine the visit of the most famous Tuscan art cities (Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Siena are all within 80 km from Colleverde), with the discovery of nature and our unparalleled food & wine.
We are located a few tens of kilometers from fascinating and renowned medieval villages such as Volterra, San Gimignano, San Miniato, Certaldo.
We also invite you to discover charming and uncrowded hamlets, which will transport you back in time, when life was less chaotic: Peccioli, Lari, Chianni, Palaia, the abandoned village of Toiano

My name is Sabrina, I was born and raised in Emilia Romagna but in love with Tuscany since 2006, when my mother and brother came across the Colleverde estate (the local elderly knew it as “Cuccheri”): it was love at first sight!
The view we enjoy from every corner of the property represents the bucolic ideal of the gentle Tuscan hills and always fills of wonder the eyes and heart of those, such as ourselves, born and raised in a lowland.
Since we bought the agriturismo, every year my family, myself, and our extraordinary staff, strive to make improvements to the facilities, the management and the services to convey to our guests our passion for this land and its traditions
