This spacious upper floor apartment in São Jacinto (Aveiro), upgraded in 2022, features a large living room with an extendable table and a reading corner, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, a bedroom with a dresser and wardrobe, and a bathroom with a large bathtub/shower, a washer/dryer combination, and a view of the lagoon (Ria de Aveiro) from the small balcony. It also offers free high-speed WiFi and is the favorite choice of couples who stay at Casa dos Jacintos.
PLEASE NOTE: The quaint fishing community of São Jacinto is connected by car ferry (15 minutes) and bus - with WiFi - with downtown Aveiro across the lagoon. The ferry runs from early in the morning until late at night. It takes about 20-25 minutes to reach downtown Aveiro.
Casa dos Jacintos is located in a building next to the Ria de Aveiro waterfront, near restaurants, cafés, and the ferry terminal (a 5-minute walk). Foodies will love the fresh seafood on offer at the village's restaurants. São Jacinto is famous for its seafood.

For added security, security cameras are installed and active 24/7 OUTSIDE the apartment for external monitoring of the entry/exit points of the property. The unspoiled, Blue Flag-awarded "house beach" of Aveiro and the São Jacinto Dunes Natural Reserve are in walking distance, making this apartment an ideal getaway for active couple vacations, for extended (romantic) weekends, close to nature, or for digital nomad work-ations.

Now I'm living in my hometown again, next to one of Europe's largest protected lagoons, the Ria de Aveiro, and the Natural Reserve of the São Jacinto Dunes.
