Wifi and 32" TV and air conditioning. I am available 24h for any query. Bed linen and towels for all guests. I speak english.



The apartment is very comfortable and practical, newly renovated. It consists of everything you need to enjoy the city of Valencia in a pleasant way. It is a 1st floor, but the building has an elevator.



The apartment has two newly renovated bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and gas stove. Also coffee maker, kettle, juicer, toaster and hairdryer.



The 3 bedrooms have an exterior window (1 double bed of 135x190 and 3 single beds of 90x190. One of the rooms has access to an outdoor terrace or patio where guests can smoke or hang.



The living room is very spacious and consists of 2 sofas and 32" smart TV, it also has air conditioning and fan. There is also a large table where up to 6 people can eat, plus there is a bench with two high chairs, in total there are 8 chairs.



I have bed linen (sheets, covers, bedspreads) and towels for all guests. I welcome guests with a small welcome kit with seasonal fruit, water, some pastries, orange juice, coffee and tea.



There is a parking space in the basement of the building. It would have an additional cost of € 7 / day.



In the bathroom there is also gel and shampoo that guests must leave in the apartment
