Description
The apartment has a private outdoor area, large living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen.
It is located at an altitude of 700 meters in the natural reserve of Prato Magno. The house is a landmark from the 13th century and is located on a 40000m2 plot with swimming pool, olive trees, spacious vegetable garden, plenty of outdoor seating, table tennis, outdoor barbecue, large common library space and a breathtaking view of the Chianti hills.
Internet, washing machine, parking and vegetables from our own garden are available free of charge
