Independent cottage between farmhouse and swimming pool consisting of kitchen, dining area, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, large outdoor pergola equipped that in the summer is an extension of the house and allows you to eat outdoors and have an exclusive and easily manageable relaxation / play area for children.
3 beds / adult + 1 folding bed, with sides, for small children available. Structure all on the ground floor, without architectural barriers, suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Park-garden of one and a half hectares, which also includes the swimming pool-solarium, to be shared only with the guests of another apartment (4-7 people max).
In the park there are various tables for outdoor dining.
A barbecue with other tables also in the chestnut grove equipped 50 meters away, just above the pool

Architect and artist, in the last 10 years I have dedicated myself - with the collaboration of my family - to agriculture, so now I manage the splendid and historic Pradaccio di Sopra farm "Antico podere De Stefani", in Garfagnana, between Pieve Fosciana and Castelnuovo di Garfagnana.
Currently I personally take care of some agricultural activities - in particular the cultivation of ancient varieties of vegetables and fruit trees as part of the "Coltivatori Custodi" project of the Tuscany region - and I personally manage the agritourism part of the company, with particular attention to the environments, style and decorations of the apartments. I take particular care of the furnishings by improving them continuously, restoring antique furniture, and I produce artistic / craft objects both for my house and the apartments of the farm.
The paintings that you will find in the apartments, for example, are all of my production, the result of a period (90s) in which I dedicated myself to "decoupage" creating mainly still life paintings with this particular technique, with which I also made decorated furniture and furnishing objects.
On request I also organize courses of artisan production of felt (and objects derived from felt) starting from an agricultural raw material, local, zero km: the natural wool flake of the native sheep breed "Garfagnina bianca"
