Masseria Sant'Anna is a special experience in an authentic and ancient stone dwelling located on the passage of transhumance, and still retains the original characters in which the echoes of the past meet the comforts of the present.



The room that we allocate to our guests is located on the first floor. It is a comfortable double bedroom with private bathroom outside the room, simply furnished, in harmony with the farm. It is a particular accommodation, with thick stone walls and antique floor, which makes it cool in summer and warm in winter.



Our guests can use the outdoor area, a large garden surrounded by greenery full of the typical courtyards, relaxation areas and an outdoor swimming pool built in stone and surrounded by dry stone walls, which make the space very reserved, warm and with a breathtaking view.



We provide our guests with a large breakfast room obtained from the ancient stable where you can cook your own meals and you can also use the outdoor barbecue to grill meat, fish, vegetables.



Our breakfast is Italian: healthy, sweet and complete, with hot croissants, espresso, cappuccino, local biscuits, cakes, cereals, muesli, yogurt, bread, butter, jams, spreadable chocolate, fruit extracts, fresh fruit, sweet ricotta.



Most of the products supplied are of own production and of local producers, depending on availability.



On request we also provide savory breakfast and we are happy to meet any needs of our guests related to intolerances, allergies or food choices.



Masseria Santanna has an enviable position to get to know our territory, a few kilometers from the coast of Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, from Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, Cisternino, Ostuni, Locorotondo and Martina Franca, while a day trip allows you to comfortably visit the Sassi of Matera or the baroque Lecce.

During your explorations, we advise you to taste our typical products: focaccia, panzerotti, taralli, mozzarella and burratine, friselle, bombette and fish, or the typical and inevitable orecchiette.
