Description
Camera Ermione is the Suite with marble bathroom equipped with large antique cast iron enamel bathtub, parquet floor, kingsize bed and large armchair convertible into a single bed (90 x 210 cm).
It can also be equipped with a cot / crib for children under three years on request.
It can accommodate up to three adults on request with extra charge for the extra bed.
One child up to 11 years is free of charge.
Camera Ermione is the room that recalls in the decoration and furnishings the presence of the poet Gabriele d'Annunzio in Carrara.
Ermione is the muse of D'annunzio and the pseudonym of his greatest love: the actress Eleonora Duse.
The B&B "La Bottega d'Arte" is on the second floor of Palazzo Lattanzi, a nineteenth-century building in one of the main streets of Carrara, in front of Piazza Comunale.
In Piazza 2 Giugno there is a large paid parking on weekdays from 8.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 20.00, free from Saturday afternoon until Monday morning.
The stairs are not equipped with a lift.
It has three rooms with marble bathroom, antique bathtub or shower, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, SKY Q and Smart TV.
Two rooms have armchair bed for additional seat.
In all rooms can be added cot or bed for children.
The rooms have REI fire doors and soundproof windows.
At the end of the corridor there is the living room obtained in the ancient marble kitchen where you can stop, have a coffee, eat a croissant with Lunigiana honey or homemade jam.
Our hospitality does not include any extras beyond what is specified in detail.

I deal with the tourist enhancement of my territory and I participate with other associations in the promotion of the artistic and natural beauties of Massa, Carrara, Lunigiana.
I tell the story of the quarries and marble, of the noble families of entrepreneurs of Carrara statuary marble and their residences and villas.
I love good food, nature, walking, horseback riding in the hills, scuba diving, the sea and I am pleased to share with others all my passions.
