About this space

Converted barn. This beautiful one bedroom holiday cottage is a ten minute drive to the sea. It is on two floors with an upstairs bedroom and downstairs kitchen, living room an
d bathroom. It is stylishly decorated in an Asian Fusion style. It has a private courtyard and off road parking. It is situated in the grounds of the owner's home, but separated by private fences. It is in a farming area so is surrounded by fields with lots of hens and cows.





The cottage is in the owner's grounds but separate from the main building. You can park your car in the house's car park. This is off-road and secure.

Enter the cottage through a separate gate. You can lock this behind you.

There is a medium sized private courtyard area and a small zen garden.

The cottage has three doors. The main door opens onto the kitchen.

Downstairs is a open plan kitchen/living room with dining table.

The bathroom is also downstairs.

Upstairs is the bedroom. There is also an external staircase to the bedroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and dining utensils, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster. There is a dishwasher machine and a small-medium sized fridge. If you need anything- just let us know.

There are TVs upstairs and downstairs, both with Amazon and Netflix. There is a bluetooth radio/speaker/CD music player.

Wifi is usually available, but can be erratic. Phone signal is weak, and strongest upstairs.

Check In day is Friday, Saturday or Sunday only.

Guest access

Parking is easy and access to downstairs is easy. However the bedroom is up a flight of stairs.

Other things to note

We are next to a farm and so you will hear the cockerel crowing in the morning, the Guinea Fowl singing and the hens clucking. The cows are sometimes noisy and can be nosey too.

This is an old building in the middle of the countryside. We do not use pesticides or other chemicals, so you may see spiders and insects. These are harmless. We currently have honey bees living in the outside of the roof and again these are harmless, but if you are concerned, please book elsewhere
