Description
The house is located near the beach. We renovated it in respect of the local materials and with a high attention to details.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 toilets, 1 full equipped kitchen, 1 small swimming pool (perfect to cool down when it's hot), and a large terrasse where you can relax, work or just enjoy your time with family or friends.
We chose to not put AC, but even in the middle of the summer, the house remains cool.
The neighborhood is very calm which is why we ask to our guests to respect the neighbors and not put the music too loud late at night.
For those who love running or walking, the location is perfect. You can run on the beach or walk in the pine forest.
Concerning the groceries : it's very easy and close. There is a supermarket and a covered market 10min from the house. If you're into permaculture, there is a place 5min from the house.
And of course, if you like surfing or being lazy on the beach, it's at the doorstep
