Description
Immersed in the greenery of a residential street, Ca' del Sol has been designed for all those who want to treat themselves to a peaceful stay outside the chaos of the historic center.
Located 5minutes from the bus stop and 15min by bus from Venice, it develops in large sizes on two floors above ground with independent entrance.
Cozy, comfortable excellent solution for families and groups.
It is a completely NON-SMOKING structure.
- 6 beds on 3 double beds (160cmx200cm)
- large main bathroom with window, equipped with shower head and shower, hairdryer and heated towel rail.
- the second small windowed bathroom has a shower with curtain. In the anteroom there is a washing machine available to guests.
- The space of the living area and kitchen is bright and welcoming. The kitchen is complete with all burners, microwave with grill, fridge / freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee moka and of course a set of dishes and pots. A three-seater sofa and TV complete the room.
- The garden surrounding the house is available to guests. In the rear area there is a parking lot with manual gate.
- WIFI connection is available throughout the house.
- All rooms in the house have windows with mosquito nets and blackouts. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and living area.
- Self check in available via box with temporary code.
