The apartment is inserted in a period house of the late 800, in a very quiet area. The location on the 3rd and last floor without elevator, makes it a perfect nest where you can spend your days in peace. The recent approval of the candidacy of Biella UNESCO Creative City makes it a historic and magical place to visit, starting from the Borgo del Piazzo reachable by free funicular, to the Burcina Park, to the Basilica of Oropa especially on the occasion of the 500th anniversary of the Black Madonna. Inevitable shopping at the shops of the best wool companies in the area: Ermenegildo Zegna, Piacenza Cachemire, Lanifico fratelli Cerruti, and many others.
The apartment is located in a very quiet area, next to the free car park, in front of the apartment you will find a supermarket also open on Sundays. In the district there are several schools, a few meters away you will find the square with the church, several bars, restaurants, shops with Piedmontese delicacies, and ATMs. A few meters away you will find Via Milano, with public transport stops to move in total freedom. The city center is about 15-20 minutes on foot, about 3 minutes by car. Taxis are available at 015.849.34.19.
