The apartment is located in a stately building of the early twentieth century with a lift on the road that separates the historic center from the characteristic Carmine district, near via Garibaldi, Spianata Castelletto, Acquario and Porto Antico from which boats leave for Camogli. Portofino and the Cinque Terre. In a few minutes it is also possible to reach the Parco delle Mura for splendid walks in the countryside, picnics and mountain bike rides. A few meters from the bus stops and very convenient to the Piazza Principe and Brignole train stations.
Although located on the main artery leading to Via Balbi, the apartment overlooks a very quiet, green and peaceful area
