Os invitamos a nuestra casa de playa en Sanlúcar de Barrameda, CAPITAL GASTRONOMICO DE ESPAÑA 2022. Un espacio que invita a la relajación desde el primer momento. Ubicado en unos de los sitios mas privilegiados de la cuidad, al lado del mar y a escasos minutos del centro. Con patios, azotea y 4 dormitorios.
Descripción de nuestra casa:
Planta baja y patios-jardin
- Patio frontal: Mesa grande con 8 sillones y sombrilla para comer, cenar, disfrutar. O una siesta en la tumbona. Posibilidad de aparcar el coche ahí dentro aunque nosotros dejamos el coche siempre fuera en la calle
- Aseo
- Salón - Comedor - Smart TV (posibilidad de usar Netflix etc con cuenta del inquilino)
- Cocina equipada con todo lo que se necesita incluyendo cafetera tipo Nespresso
- En el patio trasero hay una zona chill-out y mesa de comedor. En breve habrá una barbacoa.
- Hay un dormitorio abajo con cama de matrimonio y acceso directo al patio trasero.
Primera planta
Tres dormitorios. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama grande (1,80 x 2,00 metros) con su baño en suite con luz natural. Los otros dos dormitorios comparten baño. Un dormitorio con litera y otro con cama individual y sofá-cama individual.

Con vistas impresionantes del mar y puesta del sol. Estamos habilitando una zona chill out
