Awen Tree House è inserita in un piccolo bosco di lecci, affacciata su un laghetto che fa da richiamo alla fauna selvatica all'interno del parco-giardino della Casa Vacanze Casale la Bandita. La Tree House è una casetta di legno di 20mq rialzata da terra circa tre metri; la casetta è costruita secondo le tecniche della bioedilizia con isolante termoacustico in fibra di canapa; ha una camera matrimoniale per max due persone, soppalco e terrazza; bagno con cabina doccia emozionale per due persone; letto matrimoniale king size con materasso e cuscini anallergici, antiacaro; aria condizionata; riscaldamento autonomo.
