Description
Do you want a comfortable holiday, without anxieties from transport, services and heavy suitcases ? This apartment BLUE CRUISE is for you because there is only one floor of stairs and a door where you can leave your luggage before going up and, possibly, after check-out if you still want to go around the town. The house, completely renovated in January 2022 is only 40 meters from the sea in the port area. The construction of this building dates back to the end of the 16th century, when it was born as a home for fishermen and coral reefs from Sammargheritesi (inhabitants of Santa Margherita). At the end of the 19th century it was the residence of a Cardinal (as evidenced by the symbol that still appears on the door jamb). The furniture Vecchia Marina is made of real marine mahogany and with parts derived from the demolition of old cruise ships. Stylish, completely renovated. Mattress 21 cm high with multilayer Memory Foam and Aloe. Located in the heart of the old town, on the sea promenade. Other things to keep in mind: The residence tax (city tax 2 €/pax/day) is not included in the price of the booking and must be paid in cash upon check-in when you will also be asked to show your identity documents (for the PS complaint) and sign the contract for the Italian law. The WiFi line provides ~ 10 GB / day. The 4th bed is obtained from a sofa in the living room (with a 20 cm mattress). Cleanliness has always been one of the strong points of our management; now more than ever attention is paid to this feature and we use specific sanitizing products. In the apartment there are also bottles of gel or sanitizing liquid. Availability is for the whole apartment. The hosts will be happy to be useful for any need you have both in terms of logistics and to increase the pleasantness of your stay. There are free parking at 40 meters and covered pay parking in the immediate vicinity (240 meters)
