A delightful cottage nestled in a peaceful wooded valley winding down to the beach. Relax to the soothing sounds of the valley stream filtering through the trees, underscored by bird song during the day and the distant hooting of owls at night.



Chy Treza is situated just off Quay Road in quiet grounds at Argantel and surrounded by protected woodland. Two further cottages, Chy Kenza and Chy Nessa are nearby and can be rented together (if available) for family groups of up to 15 people.



The beach and village shops, galleries, bars and restaurants are all within a few minutes’ walk, whilst St Agnes’ central location provides an ideal base for exploring Cornwall from the Tamar border to Land’s End and the Lizard.



Chy Treza has two bedrooms - one double and one with three single beds (no bunks) - an open plan living / dining area with kitchen and a shower room. Outside is a BBQ and private patio garden.



The cottage is equipped with TV, DVD and superfast fibre optic broadband. The kitchen is fitted with a full-size cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, and there is an on-site laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.



Tariff is inclusive of heating, electricity, bed linen (plus tea towels and bath mat), basic supplies - tea, sugar, Cornish milk and biscuits, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and eco-friendly cleaning products - plus a welcoming bottle of wine.
