The room is double with double bed French, furnished in a modern style, adjacent to the room there is a private bathroom, with washing machine for common use, is located inside the apartment located in a residential area in the green with many gardens all around, at:
5 minutes walk from North Park, Estragon, where concerts and events take place in summer.
3 minutes walk is the bus stop number 25, which connects to the center of Bologna. (20min.)
15 minutes walk is the new Data Center of the European Weather Center built in the Bologna Technopole area, at the former tobacco factory.
15 minutes by bus to the Central Train Station
There are bike paths, and parking is free.
