Deze Rietveld architecturale duplex penthouse is ontworpen door CAAN architecten. Naast de kamerhoge deuren heeft het hele appartement eiken parketvloer (leefruimte, gangen, slaapkamers). De penthouse heeft een slaapkamer met dubbel bed en een slaapkamer met 2 stapelbedden. Het appartement kan maximaal voor 4 volwassenen gehuurd worden. Het zeer lichtrijk appartement heeft: - 20 m² terras met ligstoelen en picknicktafel. - 90 m² woonruimte (2 slaapkamers en badkamer met douche en toilet op de verdieping / apart toilet, keuken, berging, aparte woon- en eetkamer. De keuken is voorzien van: Nespresso en Dolce Gusto koffieapparaat, keukenrobot, smoothiemaker, toaster, grill, combi-oven, fruitpers, mixer, wafelijzer,... Fietsen zijn te huur op aanvraag. Schuin over het gebouw kan je ondergronds parkeren voor 7 eur/dag (parking Kursaal). Op het Kerkplein (op 5-10’ wandelafstand) kan je gratis parkeren tijdens je verblijf. Je kan voor het gebouw parkeren om aan te komen (gratis ticket nemen van 30’ aan parkeerautomaat).

We houden van reizen, tennissen, SUP en wandelen aan zee.
Wanneer u het gebouw verlaat, bent u dicht bij een groot aantal winkels, restaurants, bars, stadhuis, bibliotheek, casino. Gegarandeerde culturele activiteiten in de winter en zomer (kerstmarkt, tennistoernooien, etc.). In de zomer wordt er bijna dagelijks iets georganiseerd. Waaronder de verschillende markten, folklore, muzikale shows en verschillende sportevenementen. Uw terras biedt uitzicht op de levendige winkelstraat en op het tegenoverliggende restaurant 'Rosa'. Het strand ligt op 400 meter afstand. Op vrijdag kan u boodschappen doen of flaneren op de wekelijkse markt (Zeelaan, Kursaallaan). Koksijde is het centrum van natuurparken: De Hoge Blekker, Witte Burg, Doornpanne, Schipgatduinen,... De kusttram brengt u vlot naar alle andere kuststeden. In Wulpen kan u een elektrische boot huren (tot 10 personen) om te genieten langs de binnenwateren
