Beautiful, completely renovated apartment on the second floor right in the center of Fiè allo Sciliar. Located near Bolzano, only 15km, optimal bus connections, and also not close to the Alpe di Siusi, the largest alpine pasture in Europe. A hiking and skiing paradise

In just 7 km they are in Seis, where you come with the orbit directly to the Alpe di Siusi.

One room has a double bed (160 x 200) and the other room has 2 single beds.

The space

Directly on the village square, 2 to 3 minutes walk to the next three restaurants, post office is located directly in the house, 1 minute walk to village shop. From the window you can easily observe the village happenings.

Both bedrooms have a balcony, with magnificent views , where there is also a table and 4 chairs. A modern bathroom with a large shower , sink, toilet, bidet, and a small bathroom with toilet and sink are available.

In the large living room, Openspace, there is a sofa, a table (1.80 m) , TV, CD player with radio, and a fully equipped kitchen: large refrigerator and large freezer compartment, dishwasher, glass-ceramic stove for 4 pots, adequate crockery and cutlery, and other kitchen utensils and pots.

In a separate storage room, right next to the kitchen, there are 3 bins for recyclable waste .

Other things to note

Very good bus connections to the Alpe di Siusi ski area, to Bolzano (15km)( Ötzi glacier humour), a wonderful starting point for hikes and also for demanding mountain bike and mountain tours.





PARKING



Public parking at the village entrance (25cent per hour) and from night 18.00 to 8.00 free of charge. Parking is free on Saturdays from 12 noon and all Sunday. Also public underground garage at village entrance 25 cents per hour and maximum 2.50 for 24 hours. A fair price.

3 hours free parking in the underground car park, from where you can reach the village center directly by elevator
