Huge and comfortable two levels loft on third floor (62 steps, no elavator), furnished with owner's family antique furnitures melted with modern and functional stuff in a charming and cozy contamination. On the First level: entrance, dining-room, living with two sofa (one is a sofabed), full equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower On Second level: two double bedrooms (one can have twin beds on request) and bathroom with shower.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living area.
The area is that of Sant'Ambrogio, full of life and very Florentine, with its daily market (excluding Sundays) full of fresh foods of every variety. Neighborhood with many restaurants, bars and places for an aperitif. I will be happy to give you all the information
