Antiguo llagar de sidra de la casa mariñana, ahora dúplex con salón, comedor y cocina en planta baja (65 m2). Salida a jardin de uso exclusivo. Dos habitaciones familiares con baño y altillo abuhardillado. Salón-Galería en planta alta, común a las dos habitaciones.
Se trata de una casería tradicional asturiana totalmente rehabilitada en una finca de una hectárea. Dos Casas de Aldea con especialidad de agroturismo con alojamiento independiente de una o dos habitaciones. En la finca tenemos un parque infantil, mesas para merendar. Finca ganadera con razas autóctonas en peligro de extinción: ponis asturcones, oveyas xaldas, pitas pintas. Producción ecológica de cordero, sidra. Propuestas personalizadas de turismo de experiencias en torno a los ponis asturcones (familiarización al manejo natural y coaching con caballos), cursos de cerámica y de lana
