Food is the basis of our life choices. We offer a fresh homemade vegetable cuisine of the day, the recipes are seasonal, healthy and tasty. We devote great care to the choice of ingredients and their preparation. They come from local realities and selected producers. Sugar, cocoa come from Fair Trade. Some vegetables, fruits and aromatic plants grow in the vegetable garden and gardens of the house. Bread and pizza of sourdough that on Saturday evening we cook in the old wood-burning oven.

Come and get your hands in the dough with us! Saturday is dedicated to baking with sourdough bread and pizza. We offer you the experience of kneading with us and if you want we give you a piece of sourdough to take home. Casa Payer was born after returning from two years of life in India, where I (Luca) and Paola met each other. Both vegetarians felt the need to live in nature and lead a rural life: make a vegetable garden, bread, cut wood to cook it and warm ourselves.
We imagined a house in the woods to renovate with our own hands.
Thus was born the idea of hosting, a trip in reverse, by wanderers of Asia we would instead welcome other travelers.
It was supposed to be a vegan home for us it was essential, in our idea of the world there was no more room for the food "habits" that we had abandoned for some time
