Make yourself at home in our cosy, modern two floor house in this picturesque fisherman village right in front of the Tagus River and the Atlantic Ocean, within walking distance from huge beaches, 20 minutes driving from the airport, and 20 minutes, by boat, from the historic Lisbon centre

The house is suitable for families with children and pets, and it comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests

On the ground floor:

- a fully equipped kitchen that includes big fridge, ceramic stove, electric oven, kitchen robot, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, dish washer and all necessary cutlery to prepare and enjoy good food,

- a comfort dining room with a round table and a cupboard with dishware and glassware for 6/8 people

- a cosy sunlit living room with lounge chairs, fireplace and TV

- a small library (English, French and Portuguese reading), with some table games, a cosy sofa, and a small work desk with a monitor screen

- a bright bathroom consisting of a shower, sink with a big front mirror, electric towel heating, and toilet. Liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo and towels are included.

- Through the kitchen door we can go to the private garden terrace, with a large electric sun shadow, a table for 6 persons, barbecue grill, garden lounge chairs, where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sunrise, have a drink or prepare a barbecue in the evening, or simply enjoy the sun

- The garage next to terrace accommodates a second laundry washing machine and a dryer

In the upper floor:

- a small storage for luggage

- First bedroom with a comfy bed (140x200), 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, sofa, TV, a small window overlooking the river and ocean and a windowed-door opening out on a long balcony with chairs. Blackout wooden doors for a perfect night

- Second bedroom with a comfy bed (160×200), 2 bedside tables, lounge chair, writing-desk and chair, wall flat TV screen, large wardrobe, a wide window overlooking the garden, the river and the ocean, and electric blind shutters and sound

- Third bedroom with two single beds (2 x 90x200), 2 bedside tables, large wardrobe, wall flat TV screen, windowed-door opening out on a balcony with chairs overlooking the terrace, protected with blackout wooden doors

- Sheets, blankets, and linen are included for all the bedrooms.

- a bright windowed bathroom consisting of a bathtub and rain shower, sink with a big front mirror, wall electric heating, and toilet. Liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo and towels are included

Three video cameras monitor all the surrounding area and protect the entire exterior of the house
