Description
Two terraces with stunning sea views, front line location with no roads to cross and lots of trees and green areas to enjoy. The sea can be seen from all the windows of the apartment. Two bathrooms with the master bedroom having its own bathroom. The apartment's WiFi can be detected from the beach. The sunsets are impressive, offering a different picture every night. There is a wide variety of beach bars and restaurants within a short walk from the apartment. The car can be left in the private closed garage. The apartment is furnished in a minimalist but comfortable way. Special attention is paid to meticulous cleaning and bedding. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a large laundry room with a new washing machine and a hot water boiler. The entire apartment has been renovated just a couple of years ago. The pool is open from June 15 to September 15, there is a main pool and a children's pool. There is also a tennis court available upon reservation. The Urbanization is carefully monitored, well maintained and never crowded
