Located in the outskirts of ancient Orvieto, La Cerchiara is the ultimate holiday home, recently refurbished to provide all the modern comforts in harmony with the surrounding natural beauty. A totally independent villa with private swimming pool, divided in two main levels: the ground floor with an open plan dining room- living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a tea room area overlooking the pool and a bathroom. The first floor has 4 main double bedrooms all with private bathrooms and hydro massage showers. The main feature of the house is a big terrace, with an outdoor dining area. The house is fully air conditioned with free wi fi available and is part of a farm complex where extra virgin olive oil, honey and meat can be purchased directly from the producer
