"Villa Titti B & B" is a delightful farmhouse on the hills of the Marche region recently renovated by recovering old objects and family memories, each object has its own story, a house with an ancient flavor with attention to every detail, very welcoming and bright. A blast from the past, surrounded by green meadows and hills, the ideal place to recover energy and new strength. At guests' disposal we have 2 bedrooms with bathroom on the first floor reachable either by an internal spiral staircase or by a comfortable external staircase.

Yes, because when you are on vacation, what could be nicer than waking up and being enveloped by the scent of a good coffee? And then a slice of crispy bread with butter curls and homemade jam, tart, fresh eggs beaten with sugar as grandma did and ... much more ... the local cold cuts ...

On the ground floor there is a large living/dining area with lounge/library corner and 1 fireplace, and another fireplace with two armchairs on the first floor to warm up the cool evenings.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor with external access by a comfortable staircase or inside with a spiral staircase. The room is equipped with air conditioning; and the exclusive bathroom is with shower.
The entire property is fenced, with ample space for car parking, and equipped with external cameras
