The cottage "Le Bougainvillier", fully equipped to new for your comfort, will allow you a charming stopover with its marine atmosphere, its private terrace and its access to a beautiful heated swimming pool to recharge your batteries and rest. We look forward to welcoming you!
9 km from Perpignan and the beaches of Saint-Cyprien, 22km from Collioure, this property is located on the outskirts of the village, quiet in a dead end. The owners, discreet, reside on site. 5 cottages decorated and personalized with taste are arranged, each with independent entrance.
From April to the end of October, you will enjoy the heated swimming pool, the Mediterranean garden of 1000 m², common and private areas.
Independent house, on one level, with independent entrance, converted into a functional studio with living room (wardrobe bed 2 pers), kitchen overlooking the private terrace of 30 m², bathroom (wc).
From April to the end of October, between 10am and 8pm, you can access the heated communal pool (11 x 6 x 1.40 to 2.20) and the 60 cm deep relaxation pool. Outdoor parking in front of the property
