9 km from Perpignan and the beaches of Saint-Cyprien, 22km from Collioure, this property is located on the outskirts of the village, quiet in a dead end. The owners, discreet, reside on site. 5 cottages decorated and personalized with taste are arranged, each with independent entrance.

From April to the end of October, you will enjoy the heated swimming pool, the Mediterranean garden of 1000 m², the common and private areas.

Functional studio on one level, with independent entrance: kitchen (standing table) and living room (wardrobe bed 2 pers and sofa bed 1 pers) overlooking the semi-enclosed private terrace of 35 m², bathroom (wc).

From April to the end of October, between 10am and 8pm, you can access the heated communal pool (11 x 6 x 1.40 to 2.20) and the 60 cm deep relaxation pool. Outdoor parking in front of the property.
