Description
It is the ideal holiday home to spend most of the holiday immersed in the sea. Sea view and beautiful beach!
In the first row to the sea, a few meters from the beach and 700 meters from the center.
The apartment, with two bedrooms and 5 beds, has an entrance on the road that runs along the railway and overlooked by the windows of the kitchen and bedroom (the railway is about 20 meters from the building). On the opposite side, that is towards the sea, overlooks the master bedroom.
The apartment is not suitable if you are sensitive to train noise.
-RENTAL CONDITIONS:
-The apartment is delivered at check-in perfectly clean and sanitized. At check-out must be returned clean by the guest. Intermediate cleaning is always the responsibility of the guest.
-At check-in the guest must pay a security deposit of Euro 300 in cash. This deposit will be returned upon check-out subject to verification of the absence of damage and cleanliness.
-Always at check-in must be paid the municipal tourist tax which is 1 Euro per day, per person over 12 years, for a maximum of 7 days.
-Linen (sheets and towels) is not included but you can request it extra after booking.
-Extras also: cot and high chair for children, bicycles, blankets and quilts
