Description
In Burgundy, a fourteenth-century farmhouse is isolated in the middle of nature on top of a hill in a property of 10 hectares with a terrace with SPA, without any house within a radius of 2 kms. There are 4 bedrooms with king size bed and en-suite bathroom, one with steam room and 2 with sauna. Our guests have access to a kitchen and a large shared living room with fireplace. The whole remains atypical and is arranged for a few centuries of architectural evolution that gives it a timeless charm. Outside is a terrace with jacuzzi and another with a barbecue in a garden of 2Ha. The wood provided for the fireplace and central heating is running in season. The house is about 270m² in total. All linen is provided, professional quality linen with bathrobe.
The property has a positive carbon footprint. We produce more water, wood and electricity than our consumption
