Description
Our home is located in Foz Velha, one of the noblest and most chic neighborhoods of Porto. The house has 3-fronts and it’s facing southwest, which gives it a day-round sunlight exposure, keeping the house warm and dry, regardless of the season. It’s a 3-story high house, with 3-bedrooms, 2,5 bathrooms (two with showers and one without). It has a small patio, a terrace on the first floor for dining, and a small balcony on the top floor with magnificent views over the Douro River and the Atlantic Ocean. Perfect for families or groups of friends that would like space for dining and relaxing together while being close to both, the beach and the city center.
Our inside finishes and appliances are of great quality, providing a luxury-like experience for our guests. We have underfloor heating, a salamander fireplace, a Smeg fridge, and WC amenities from Rituals.
We also provide all the amenities and services needed to confirm our high standards:
-providing custom made towels, bed linen, robes, and sleepers;
-all the utensils, silverware, etc for cooking and meals;
-Nespresso coffee machine and capsules;
-Wi-Fi and TV with all streaming apps included (HBO, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+);
-free bicycles;
-housekeeping and cleaning services;
-breakfast service;
We have also been one of the few establishments in Porto, that the City Hall has attributed to the newly formed Porto Trust Certificate, which distinguishes the most hygienic and sustainable vacation rentals in the city
