House in the neighborhood of San Lorenzo, next to the Church of San Lorenzo in Úbeda. The house is located on the old medieval road and adjacent to the Puerta de Granada. The views are wonderful. It is an old house renovated; with the stone walls, the exposed beams and the original hydraulic tile floor.



It has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and patio with a walkable glass floor terrace. It also has 4 bedrooms; two of them with bathroom.



On the first floor there are two bedrooms with trundle beds (3) and a bathroom.



On the second floor there are two bedrooms. One of them with two beds and bathroom, and the other is a suite with double bed and bathroom.



The location is excellent. Very close to the most monumental area (3min) and without any problem to find parking.



The house has a direct relationship with the Huerta de San Antonio Foundation (FHsA. This foundation is a private non-profit initiative created in the World Heritage city of Úbeda (Jaén) in 2013. Among its main objectives is the rehabilitation of the church of San Lorenzo, a temple with more than eight hundred years of history that, once saved from ruin, serves as a platform for the FHsA to develop multiple cultural activities: concerts, exhibitions, talks, book presentations, theater, poetry recitals, various workshops or even gastronomic proposals.
