Description
This beautiful house is located in a small village called Rubayo. With 500 inhabitants, Rubayo is 15 km far from Santander and less than 7 km from Somo beach.
The house is called El Farol due to its big lantern on the facade. It has a nice garden perfect for children to play and for adults to make a barbecue or just enjoy being outside looking the trees or the beautiful sunset over Santander.
On the ground floor you will find an open space with living room, eating room zone and kitchen.
Upstairs there is also a living room and 4 bedrooms: one has double bed and bathroom inside, 3 others have single bed with suppletory bed in each one)
