Welcome to our Montpellier villa where we offer you to enjoy a very comfortable and tastefully furnished accommodation close to the Faculty of Science and hospitals.

Cocooning apartment ideal for couples or solo traveler who are passing through Montpellier and who wish to benefit from a beautiful terrace to enjoy the sun and a corner of greenery.

Parking spaces on the street are free next to the house and you can benefit from free wifi from 6am to 9.30pm on weekdays and from 9am to 10pm on weekends.

Our accommodation has been renovated, it has everything necessary for an excellent stay. We have thought about every detail to equip it as well as possible. Attached to a good quality of sleep, we opted for a sofa with a real mattress very thick, very comfortable. You can also relax on the terrace while sunbathing.

Ecological and bioclimatic because we tried to do our best to limit our impact on the environment: solar water and heating, electricity contract at Enercoop, furniture to NF environment standards, washed linen with organic detergent, gardening and cleaning with "green" products.

On the practical side, we provide you with pods of coffee, sugar and organic teas. As well as clean sheets, towels, a tea towel and a bath mat!

In the closets you will also find some essential products.

We will provide you with tourist documentation (a map of Montpellier and documents evoking the cultural life of the city).

In addition, a screen is at your disposal to watch dvds (but not TV). You will find a small selection as well as some books. As we have learned to live without TV for years, we invite you to do the same here. Rather than obeying standards, we prefer to offer you what corresponds to our philosophy of life.

And if need be, we live right next door, except when we are on vacation
