Description
The apartment consists of a small bedroom (1.40m double bed), a bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin, a living room with an integrated kitchenette. The total size is approx. 25m2 and comfortably accommodates two people. Two additional people can sleep on the sofabed in the living room. A cot is available on demand. The satellite TV receives diverse channels in German, French and English. The open terrace in front of the studio is reserved for our guests. Biot can be found nested in the triangle made up of Cannes, Nice and Grasse. And, because of its proximity to the sea, it makes an ideal location for a beach holdiday. Within a half-hour drive, you can easily visit Grasse, the city of perfumes; Cannes, the city of festivals; and Nice, the administrative centre of the Alpes-Maritimes. And dont forget the Roman city of Antibes, only 6 km away, where you can explore Europes biggest yacht harbour
