During your stay in this spacious, relaxing (7 persons, max 4 adults) accommodation you will forget all your worries. The silence in this fruit/wine area is only broken by the singing of the birds. Wonderful for your family holiday!

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two loungerooms, open kitchen with all modern equipment, one dining room, three LCD-TV-sets, three sun terrasses, two outdoor BBQ's, wide backyard, private parking places, and .... of course ... the stunning PRIVATE swimming POOL.
Only 4 km from Alcobaça with 4 large supermarkets, tennis and Padel courts, restaurants and (regular) cultural activities. It is also only a 15-minute drive to the super beach of Nazaré where the highest waves in the world can be seen.
Located only 4 km from the modern Alcobaça, 12 km from the larger Caldas da Rainha, and ...... only 14 and 28 km respectively from the spectacular (surf) beaches of Nazaré and Peniche.
Numerous historical cities within half an hour's drive: Caldas da Rainha, Alcobaça, Óbidos, Porto de Mos, Batalha. Within an hour you can visit the world-famous pilgrimage site of Fátima, or the charming Leiria.
From Lisbon Airport it is just over an hour's drive by car.
Well-organized bus services (approx. €8,= p.p. with Wifi) from Lisbon Airport to Nazaré or Caldas da Rainha. (see omio.com, Flixbus.com or busbud.com). Travel time 1 hour and 15 minutes. I will be happy to pick you up in Nazaré.
Very suitable for family holidays. One pet is allowed only after written approval by the landlord.
Groups of friends (aged 16-26) are not accepted
