This apartment of 60 m2, totally redone, is ideally located 150m from the port. It will bring you both calm with a small garden and proximity to the historic center with the farmers' market (all shops are within walking distance).

Private parking and bicycle storage are also available only to residents.

The nearest beach can be reached by bike (10 min) or by car (5min).



This apartment is very functional with parking which is a real plus because places are scarce in this area (because of the proximity to the heart of the city).

In the second bedroom it is possible for me to make 2 beds 1 person instead of a double bed. Please let me know your preference when booking :-)

Bed linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided.

On the kitchen side, you have at your disposal a nespresso coffee maker and for your first morning, will be available coffee, tea and sugar.

There is free parking in the residence. Nevertheless, if you have an electric car there is a charging station 500 m from the residence, rue de la Fontaine Budo.
