La Casa del Sole, located in the historic center of Castagnole delle Lanze, has a beautiful fully fenced garden with private pool. The house is characteristic for its large windows and its bright colors and is located in a strategic position to visit Langhe and Monferrato.

The house is on 2 floors, has 4 bedrooms with air conditioning on the second floor and, in case of large groups, has a sofa bed in the large living room. There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with accessories: plates, dishes, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, American coffee maker and oven. The kitchen overlooks a terrace for outdoor dining, equipped with an automatic awning for the sun.

The villa, with its garden and swimming pool, is entirely reserved to guests and is equipped with wifi, washing machine and private parking. In the garden you will find at your disposal a barbeque, a swing for children and sunbeds to fully enjoy the beautiful days.

Pets are welcome, it is required an extra charge per animal, payable locally, of 25 euros per stay.
