Between countryside and sea, you will be warmly welcomed in our house of character located in Saint Savinien, beautiful small village of artists on the edge of marshes, labeled "of Stones and Waters", two minutes walk from the shops of the city center, 100 meters from a small cinema of Arts and essays and the marina. Comfortable and cozy, it offers a beautiful view of the Charente River.

On the ground floor: an entrance opens onto a living-dining room with sofa, TV, pellet stove for the winter. In its extension, an equipped and bright kitchen offers access

direct on a charming garden inviting to relaxation and moments of conviviality since are at your disposal a table and garden chairs, sun loungers, a barbecue.

On the first floor, a first bedroom with fireplace overlooks the Charente, with a bed of 160, a cot and an en-suite bathroom-toilet. A second bedroom with a bed of 160

overlooks the garden. In the hallway is a second bathroom with shower and toilet.

On the second floor, under the roofs, you can enjoy a large area for relaxation, reading and board games, with a seating area and a "cabin" bedroom with two beds of 90.

In front of the house, across the street, a pretty little garden overlooking the Charente invites you to relax and contemplate the sunsets.
