The Guest House in La Spezia La Casa dei Treni is ideal for those who choose the train as the best means of ecological transport to visit the Riviera di Levante in Liguria. The rooms are a short distance from the station of La Spezia and in a few minutes you can reach the Cinque Terre and the other beautiful villages.
In La Spezia good food, fun and shopping await you 2 steps from the sea. The thing that will make your stay unique will be our experience of the territory: the Casa dei Treni is managed by our family and therefore you will also find us, who live the city as well as the Cinque Terre and that we can really offer you unique and authentic local experiences!
Room "C" takes its name from Chiara, the reader of the family, and will make you take a journey through time with all the comforts. It is a design double room with private bathroom, wi fi, satellite TV, minibar, air conditioning... it is suitable for reading lovers who want to relax in a unique environment, but also for those traveling to La Spezia for work, thanks to the large desk!
If you arrive by train we will wait for you directly at the Central Station of La Spezia, while by car you can reserve a place in the parking lot from the station, if you want to have the car within walking distance, or choose the free parking areas of the city (Piazza d'Armi or Piazza Palasport) and then use the convenient ATC shuttle bus.
In La Spezia you will find several points of tourist interest, among which the Naval Technical Museum of the Navy certainly stands out, considered the most important among the Italian Naval Museums: you can admire a surprising collection of figureheads that belonged to boats of the XV-XVII century and scale models of vessels.
Art lovers can also visit the "CAMeC" (Center for Modern and Contemporary Art) and the Civic Museum "Amedeo Lia", the famous superb exhibition hall "Camera delle Meraviglie". Archaeology enthusiasts will appreciate the museum's collection of Roman and pre-Roman artifacts housed inside the Castle of San Giorgio, which stands on the heights of the city

Hello, we are Chiara and Manuel!
Chiara, born in La Spezia, lived in Riomaggiore and studied languages... passionate about books, flowers and good wine.
Manuel, born and raised in Riomaggiore, is a true "local": he loves travel and good food.
In the team there is also the little Tiago... who for the moment is just a great animator casinista!
Ours is a family business and we try to offer travelers not only a holiday, but a real experience.
We intend to promote a "Fair" approach to hospitality. We have become a host for passion, to share itineraries, thoughts, opinions with our guests trying to make known as much as possible all the beauty of our territory and without advertising only the most famous places ... because beauty for us is not a marketable concept but is only personal and customizable according to what the guest expects.
Our adventure was born under the impetus of the passion for travel and love for our land. After exploring the world, living magnificent experiences and weaving special human relationships, we decided to make hospitality a job, to be shared with those who visit the villages and wonderful landscapes in which we are lucky enough to live, both those that form the Cinque Terre - Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso - and those less known, such as Tellaro, Lerici, Vezzano Ligure.
We will be at your disposal to suggest the itineraries that best suit your needs. In collaboration with local guides, we organize visits to the cellars and excursions to discover our traditions and flavors with personalized proposals for lovers of good food, walkers and romantics!
We met many guests on their honeymoon and many people who came to exchange their promises of love, so over the years, thanks to training as a wedding planner, we decided to help you make these moments unique by organizing special events such as anniversary celebrations, wedding proposals and surprise parties
