The house remains at a good temperature in the summer provided you close the shutters during the day and open them in the cool, as traditionally in the South.

At the entrance to the accommodation, a large spiral staircase distributes the different spaces on both sides in levels staggered on two floors.



On the 1st floor:

- a bright "manga" room with a desk area, queen size bed, dressing room, bathroom and a large library filled with various and varied books available.



-A kitchen dining room, with a large bamboo worktop and well equipped to prepare good meals with pleasure and ease. You will also have at your disposal a juice extractor and a blender for healthy and vitamin drinks.

Four bins for sorting, including compost for the garden.



In the red furniture of board games for the whole family.



- Outside: a day well between the bedroom and the kitchen to get some fresh air or for smokers, and a balcony on the street side.



- TOILET alone, with chalk wall for scribbling or writing sweet words.



On the 2nd floor:



- a beautiful bathroom with Italian shower and toilet, a large dressing room to deploy your suitcases.



-a minimalist "nature" double room with lime walls and rattan bed firm mattress.



- A 4-seater bedroom with 1 single bed, a bed on the mezzanine and a double bed. Balconies overlooking the street.



On the ground floor, the corridor overlooking on one side on the street and on the other on the gardens. It has 3 units and a small "laundry room" with washing machine (10 kg) and freezer.

At the end of the corridor a wooden door will take you outside through a first small garden attached to the house of our neighbor, then pass the blue gate and you will have arrived in our garden with trees and bordered by a giant wisteria.

At the very bottom: pergola, hammocks and summer kitchen await you to share beautiful meals in the shade in the plant-based living room...



Wifi (fiber optic) is available on all floors of the accommodation.
