Villa Odetta is born. Inside a small fishing village still unknown to mass tourism but a few steps from the most beautiful beaches of Salento, such as Punta Prosciutto or Porto Cesareo, Villa Odetta will soon make you forget the stress of everyday life and enjoy your holidays in total serenity.
THE APARTMENTS
The house is structured on three levels for a total of five spacious apartments completely independent and autonomous, equipped with all the services to allow you to enjoy your holiday without any thought.
THE SOLARIUM
With a spiral staircase you reach the solarium that allows you to enjoy a splendid 360 degree panorama. You can admire the Ionian Sea and the Mediterranean scrub, the marina and the ancient watchtower, the protected nature reserve of the Salina dei Monaci with the homonymous beach and everything that surrounds Villa Odetta, sunbathing without moving from home or barbecues with your friends.
THE SURROUNDINGS
From the apartment you can walk to all the main services in the area in a few minutes (bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, grocery stores, newsagents).
COLIMENA TOWER
The village of Torre Colimena, part of the marine areas of the municipality of Manduria on the high Ionian coast of Puglia is squeezed between the protected areas of the Salina dei Monaci to the west and the Palude del Conte to the east.
The town was built around the homonymous watchtower overlooking the sea which is part of a defensive system of coastal towers erected in the sixteenth century throughout Salento to defend the peninsula from Turkish raids.
The area is close to the Ionian-Salento coast, in a stretch of territory where high dunes and long beaches meet cliffs, but everywhere dominates an incredibly transparent and crystalline sea.
Torre Colimena, with its natural beauty and its tranquility has escaped a wild urbanization and today is one of the areas that best represent that Salento still outside the logic of mass tourism
