Description
Apartment of 70m2 crossing (east / west) with clear view on both sides. In a building of the 80s, the apartment is very quiet and pleasant to live in. It is fully equipped since I live there all year round.
I am happy to share my good advice with travelers and to leave my apartment, where I live with my teenage daughter, to careful people.
The neighborhood is very lively: market, bars and restaurants nearby.
We are a 12 minute walk from Nation, 3 minutes from the Alexandre Dumas metro. I also have a parking lot in the basement.
I have a Siberian cat (reputed to be anti-allergic, but for people who are extremely allergic, I cannot guarantee that there will be no discomfort). Obviously he won't be there, unless you want to enjoy his cuddles and would be willing to take care of him as he deserves
