La casa fa parte di un antico borgo di origine medievale diviso in appartamenti in parte destinati all'accoglienza e in parte privati.
La Villa Casa Vacanza è composta da due appartamenti adiacenti e sono un antico mulino sul fiume Egola, comune di Montaione (Firenze)
Parco con ulivi e alberi da frutto, piscina e campo da calcetto.
Posizione strategica per privacy e gite nelle principali città toscane
La strada per arrivare alla casa è in parte asfaltata e in parte sterrata (mt.100).
Strada con pochissimo transito perchè finisce poco dopo la nostra proprietà
Gli appartamenti vengono dati in esclusiva ad unico uso degli ospiti compresa la piscina (mt. 5x10)
Nel parco adiacente la piscina ci sono due tettoie attrezzate con sdraio e lettini per prendere il sole
la grande aia attrezzata con tavolo e sedie per mangiare fuori è fornita di barbecue e luci esterne
Possibilità di usare un antico forno a legna perfettamente funzionante
La casa è arredata nel tipico stile toscano con mobili di autentico antiquariato rispettando funzionalità e rispetto dell'ambiente
