SLEEPING

Possibility to be numerous (up to 14 people if there are children/babies).

You can comfortably be three couples (3 double bedrooms), sleep 5 children in the dormitory (4 bunk beds + 1 bed) and another person in the office (1 bed).

Two of the double rooms also have cots.



If you are more numerous, there is a possibility of additional beds in the attic, but then this is a troubleshooting, the level of comfort is lower.

We provide a travel cot, a stroller cane, a baby deckchair and a change mattress for babies.



COVID 19 update: Due to the coronavirus, we are taking extra precautions between each stay by steaming frequently touched surfaces. House in natural area and in a cul-de-sac: hours of walk in peace.

CLEANING AND LINEN

We ask you to bring your sheets during short-term rentals (less than or equal to 3 nights). We prefer stays of more than 4 days during school holidays. A fee applies if you are more than 8 people (count 10 €/person/night).



We do not offer a cleaning service: this is our personal home. We deliver it clean to you, we expect to pick it up clean too and want you to keep the responsibility for this cleanliness.



BAIL

We ask for a deposit check of 500 euros to our tenants.



FESTIVE EVENINGS

We are happy to welcome your reunion with friends or family. Nevertheless, we ask that this be done with strict respect for the neighbourhood. Following several complaints of night noise, we ask you to respect the legislation in force between 10 pm and 7 am.
