Largo Doria is a newly renovated apartment in the historic center of Albenga, a few steps from the sea.

It has two double bedrooms and a sofa bed.

The bathroom with shower includes a washing machine.

In the kitchen, fully equipped, there is a dishwasher.

It is also possible to park and recharge bikes in a cellar pertaining to the accommodation.

In the apartment, there is wifi 200MB and independent air conditioning for each area of the house.

"Largo Doria" is a newly built dwelling, located on the second floor of a historic building with an elevator.

In the renovation of the apartment, we have tried to maintain valuable details such as the typical Genoese floor, the ceilings with frames, interior doors and the original walls of the building (30s) brought back into view.

The ancient and the modern are in harmony, thanks to the facilities that Largo Doria offers, electric shutters, USB sockets, and wireless charging in the bedside lamps in each room, independent air conditioning, Wi-Fi, fiber 200MB, 60 "TV connected to the internet and LED lights throughout the house, including the kitchen cabinets.



---Kitchen---

The kitchen includes, in addition to the induction hob, a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, coffee machine "Nespresso" with capsules included, cutlery, pots, pans, dishes and everything you need to cook are at your disposal (kitchen linen included).



---Bathroom---

In the apartment, there is also the necessary for laundry, washing machine (detergent included) clothesline from inside and the possibility of hanging outside, clothespins, iron, and ironing board.

Bed linen and towels are provided by us.

In the bathroom, you will find dispensers of shampoo and shower gel, an anti-slip shower plate, a hairdryer, cotton for makeup removal, and toilet paper.

Everything in the accommodation is at your disposal and designed to make your stay comfortable and that of future guests, have care and respect.



---Good habits and advice---

In detail we make some recommendations:

Use water but do not waste it.

Air conditioning is at your disposal in every area of the house, the two sleeping areas and the living area, each with an independent thermostat, be careful to turn it off when not in use or when opening windows.

With respect to the environment, please be careful to differentiate and dispose of waste properly.

Upon arrival, you will receive the keys for waste disposal, in case they are lost the cost of the keys (15 €) will be deducted from the deposit.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the house, in all rooms, as there is a smoke detector.

Before check-out, tidy up and wash the dishes and the kitchen.



Some advice for an optimal stay:

Parking is available on the street, either for a fee or for free.

Please remember to pay attention to street washing days
