Description
Maison Du-Noyer is located in Valle d'Aosta at 1000 meters in a characteristic mountain village where history and breathtaking views help people to relax and find themselves.
Bright, with a splendid view of the garden, dedicated to the yellow color and the edelweiss, Edelweiss has a private terrace and on request becomes a connecting room with the nearby Hibou room.
Maison Du-Noyer is about 7 km from the centre of Aosta. The activities to be carried out are innumerable, and each season has its own peculiarities: you can take long walks on foot or by bike along the "Ru" (traditional Aosta Valley streams to irrigate the fields) or hiking in the mountains starting on foot directly from our structure.
Climbing lovers can enjoy a natural rock gym with a breathtaking view, for those who love animals 1 km from Excenex there is a riding school that organizes horseback riding trips on reservation even for the little ones, all easily reachable on foot.
In winter we are very close to the ski slopes of Crevacol (great for fresh snow) Pila (70 km of slopes that wind from 1800m to 2750 m) and only 30 minutes from Courmayeur (100 km of slopes). Maison Du-Noyer also has a Bar / Herbal Tea shop where you can enjoy excellent infusions and herbal teas or taste craft beer or fine Aosta Valley wine. We at Maison Du-Noyer (Françoise, Philippe and Piera) will be available in case you need advice on schedules, attractions and so on, and happy to show you that if you are looking for calm and serenity, to unplug a little from the hectic pace, this is the place that can give you what you are looking for

Maison Du-Noyer is a magnificent historic building dating back to 1300: it has been renovated several times over the centuries, adapting to the functions and needs of the owners who followed it. The last renovation took place in 2010 (opening in 2014) after Piera Dunoyer and her son Philippe Pennacchioli, decided to continue an activity already carried out in 1500 (Templar Hospitaller House on the Via Francigena), or to offer the best welcome to travelers!
During the renovation phase, all the latest eco-technologies were applied to protect the environment we care about, including a 10 kW photovoltaic system, an internal coat to avoid heat loss, latest generation windows, etc. ..
In addition, we carry out separate waste collection and serve our breakfasts together with typical local products at km 0.
We like to think that our guests are also attentive to the environment around us, and are happy to follow the rules of a "green" perspective, avoiding leaving the lights on when you are out of the room, not opening the windows when the heating is on and avoiding wasting tap water if you are not using it ... Together we can have a world with more resources and cleaner
